What is your return policy for costumes and cosplay outfits?

We have a 15-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at llatosha845@gmail.com. Please note that certain items, such as sale items and custom products, are non-returnable.
